Are you saying you only have electricity and no gas supply? Or,you have a gas supply, including a meter, but do not use it?When an eel bites your bum, that's a Moray0

OVO has much press about very poor customer services.
Call them, email them and advise the regulators and keep doing the same.
The above is why so many people don't want so called "smart meters" as they can be very bad for customers when these companies give bad service.

In what way is the issue in any way related to smart meter ?RogerPensionGuy said:OVO has much press about very poor customer services.

Can you elaborate on "turned off". Did you get the meter removed (in which case no charges should have been accruing), or just stop using gas (in which cases a standing charge would still be payable and any leak on the consumer side of the meter would be payable by you).gandiafourever said:i turned off my gas about 2 years ago,it was only electricity that i use.i received no correspondnce of any debt going forward to OVO.i seem to remember a chat i had with sse saying that any debt i had would be taken off very top upi did on my meter??
Is the bill for gas only, or electricity too? Can you share the kWh details they claim you have used?2
