Parking charge from PCM- Chelsea

I received a ticket for entering into an area managed by PCM known as Chelsea Bridge Wharf for 72 minutes. It happened on 20/11 and have received it on 29/11 by post. It says No valid parking session registered on that period. The £100 charge has been reduced to £60 as a concessionary for 14 days.
I haven't seen any signpost to be honest and as it was in the evening, I assumed there was no charge in that quiet area.
Any suggestion would be helpful in this difficult situation. Thanks

You know exactly what to do. You have done it before.
This is no different from the other parking events you have suffered.
Apart from fighting this ticket, perhaps you also need to ask yourself why you continue to get tickets?2 -
Thanks . I know it sounded like I am a serial offender. TBH, I didn't realize there were signposts around as it was dark and the area was quiet. Nightmares...0

There will be no admissions as to who was driving and no assumptions can be drawn. Since your PCN is a vague template, I require an explanation of the allegation and your evidence. You must include a close-up actual photograph of the sign you contend was at the location on the material date as well as your images of the vehicle.
Is the above ok to send, please advise.0 -
Any comments will be appreciated.0

My comments are that if that is the appeal text written in blue from the NEWBIE sticky and you have not or do not plan to add, edit or delete any of it, it is exactly what to send.3

Received a rejection letter as attached.
Please let me know the next step. Thanks0 -
Haven't you done this before? Check the NEWBIES FAQ Announcement about whether to appeal to the IAS!Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Thank you.. After reading, the recommendation is not to appeal to IAS.. so I am confused again ...A clear waythrough can't be seen ( maybe my fault).
I have gone through all the questions in the newbie section.
