Logging on NSI

Have been trying to log on NSandI since yesterday, 

This site can’t be reached
secure.nsandi.com took too long to respond.

Any one else has this issue

I've just logged in first time (Windows 10, Chrome browser), so no problems here. There have been a number of threads on here in the past with people having issues logging in to their site but I think those issues are normally to do with NS&I's device authentication measures and your error message doesn't imply that's the issue to me. 

Have you tried an alternative device and/or browser ?

Just tried Edge, same issue
I can use the Premium Bonds prize checker though

It's been a while since I installed (and then deleted) the NS&I app but IIRC, it's pretty much 'read-only' so only really useful for doing basic things like checking account balances.  

I do use the Prize Checker app though, as it's quicker and easier than logging in to the website to check the Premium Bond results.
