WCA - New Health Condition Since Returning UC50

I really cannot be bothered with UC and anything and everything associated with it anymore as I've just had enough but I guess I will have to make some kind of effort.
I returned a UC50 (I think on the 2nd or 3rd of November) which was related to a debilitating heart condition I have.
Previous to this at the end of August I had seen the doctor for what I believed to be an inguinal hernia, which was confirmed and I was referred to the hospital for a scan. I notified UC about this in the 'Health change' section shortly afterwards (stupid you can only name the condition with no further detail) and as it wasn't causing me any real issues at the time I left it at that and so I didn't include it in the UC50.
Since then I very recently had the scan after a 3 month wait but the hernia had by then been causing me a lot of increasing pain and discomfort, especially when walking.
It had become so bad (and now even more so) that I went to see the doctor last week, where coincidentally whilst in the waiting room I received an email from the surgery asking me to contact them to arrange a telephone appointment regarding the scan results.
Essentially this has been given an urgent referral to the hospital but with NHS waiting times god knows how long this will take. I have notified UC of the details of this through the journal but what's the situation with this and my WCA when it arrives?
I have absolutely no idea so any help will be gratefully appreciated.

I wouldn't continue to leave any information about your health conditions on your journal. If you have extra information or evidence to send then you should send it to the Health Assessment Advisory Service. They are responsible for completing the work capability assessment. See link. https://chdauk.co.uk/your-assessment/assessment-process/your-telephone-assessment/

Thank you very much for the reply but I can't see any means to update them on this in the link you provided unless I'm seriously missing something? Is there also a reason why I shouldn't be providing such updates in the journal?0

UC referred you to CHDA for the assessment, you would have returned your forms to CHDA.
So it's them you need to update at this stage as the UC50 has been sent to them.

UC are now only interested in the assessment report, so updating them via journal isn't necessary.

The contact details were all in the link i provided. Yes, the reason they won't be interested on your journal is because UC do not do the assessments, it's all done by the Health Assessment Advisory Service.
