There was also one last week (post-CCJ I think?) which was won at a hearing with a short written judgment stating that the claim was dismissed due to breach of CPR 16. Anyone recall which one?

I will add it later this morning; I do recall there being the other one and I said to myself, wait for the OP to post the judgment then add it; so far no image has appeared.
