o2 app/website issue.

hope you can help

I have and account with 02 pay monthly.

the issue is I can only view latest bill (November 23) via the app and online!

if I wanna view older bills can view it online but it takes me old website and bill in older format or when try the app says  An error has occurred we can't display the information at the moment please try again later, 

anyone have this issue? checked my mates o2 app and he can view some older bills in the app. 

o2 said (Via chat) they moved over to new billing system that's why I can't see older bills seems odd.

    I get the same issue - it looks as though you should be able to view up to six previous bills direct from the app, but then goes to an error message if you click on (say) June. Looks like you're stuck with thenold format.
