Wowcher Refund Difficulty

Long delay ingetting full for some wine ordered on 21 October which the supplier failed to deliver. I emailed the supplier, Jaoyeh, on 2 November and at first they were unable to check their system. They requested confirmation of redemption three times. I was then asked for the original order which I sent to them twice. They reserve the right to take three working days to reply. On 26 November they emailed to say they couldn't trace the order. Wowcher has offered what I believed to be a partial refund which would have left me £11.25 short of what I paid, but it seems there was a discount applied. No one available to talk to, only the WhatsApp messaging to Wowcher or email to the supplier. So much time and energy wasted and no goods or money in my account after seven weeks. Disappointing service.

Yes it was. However they've messaged this morning. The refund will be made in full. Don't know how long this will take but it has been a marathon.0
