Parallel Parking PCN - no ticket

Hello. I received this PCN, I appealed against it online with evidence attached and they rejected it without reading it as their email reply is clearly just a template.
They want £100 or discounted to £60 if paid within 14 days. Now they say I could appeal at IAS. I've read this forum and you say there's no point.
I have evidence in the form of a bank statement that they took my card payment of £1 on the given date. I didn't park there without a ticket. Their "reason for issue" is "no ticket" which is a lie. Both the car and card are mine, but they obviously refuse to check their incoming payments because that would have prove that I in fact bought a ticket on that date.
I don't care if they pull me into court, I owe them nothing and I've been a taxpayer for long enough for any court to see I'm not a fare dodger. Shall I just ignore them completely? I guess they won't go to court. But I don't want this hassle to have any effect on my credit score in case they threaten me with "debt collection" for years ahead.
Thanks, I'd dig deeper in the forum but I have a day job and they threaten me with time constraints. I will appreciate any suggestions.

Plan A is always a complaint to the landowner and your MP. It is never too late to do so.
Debt collectors are powerless, so there is nothing to worry about there, but do not ignore a Letter of/before Claim, or a court claim itself.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks1 -
Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately I have no idea how to find out who the landowner is, it is just a derelict site turned into a carpark. I asked their local council but they have referred me to Citizens Advice which are again just a waste of time to deal with.0

Just ignore it and come back if they get a bulk litigator to send a LBC. All stages are in the NEWBIES thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you for your help. I do appreciate it.
I've spent hours reading through the various threads, some dated back ten years ago. I can't believe how hese intimidating "charges" still exist. I can't get my head around this. They only need to look up my ticket reference number, then match it to my payment to see the parking fee was paid. It's basic data analysis. Otherwise what's the point of an electronic system at all if they can deny an electronic transaction without any proof? Their statement that I had "no ticket" is all made up.0 -

If they did that, then they wouldn't make any money, and that's what the whole unregulated industry is about.
They spout rubbish about car park management but refuse point blank to use the technology that would prevent the sort of thing you experienced from happening.
If they behaved reasonably they would go out of business.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks1 -

There's practically no car park management, a lot of so-called car parks in England are a health and safety risk. These faceless companies should have a liability to provide a safe and accessible site with asphalt, instead of just putting up car park signs on derelict demolition/construction sites where you are knee deep in mud or there's broken concrete everywhere.
Anyway, their machine issued me a valid ticket in exchange for my money on that day. If they don't accept it as a valid ticket than why was it issued by them in the first place in exchange for my money? It's a proof of payment the same way as a train ticket or a supermarket receipt. It should be me taking them to court for baseless accusations. Seriously this is like a story out of Monty Python.
I've never been to courts of law in my life and I had no intention ever, but I can't accept injustice. I'll shut up moaning now, apologies, we all want to enjoy the festive period. I'll come back once I'm at the next step.0 -
Most here who get a court claim from a greedy aggressive PPC have never been to court and are scared witless.
That's why so many uninformed victims pay.
But 99% win - and most (even when faced with a claim/defence situation) win without a hearing.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
