Very BNPL cash back gone

I don't remember there being any mention of it only being credited in my account for a limited time. I took up this offer last year and today I notice that the cash back I had in my account has gone. Is this correct?

It was a 12 month BNPL, on the statement it only said I will not be charged any interest up to December 23 as I paid it in full. Nothing about the credit only lasting this long too.0

Hello OP
As this attached to credit I would follow their complaints procedure here:

Whilst you may not need to "complain" it might be the best way to get an accurate answer with minimal fussIn the game of chess you can never let your adversary see your pieces0 -

Good news and great to know for others who might think they are forced into finding something on Very with their credit. I spoke on Very's support chat and they said that they cant keep the credit in the system after a period of time, so expect a cheque in the post. A few days after my original post, the cheque did come.2
