Is Everything5Pounds.com breaking trades description act?

Don't get me wrong, they still have some great bargains, but, the whole point of Everything5Pounds.com was that everything was, well, £5. These days prices are all over the place, from £1.50 up to £15 and £20, so if everything on the website is not £5, is the name just misleading, or does it actually break the trades description act ? I'm curious. Any experts out there know the answer ?

I had the same issue when I popped into Boots to get some footwear.

What would you want them to do?
Rebrand themselves as "Everything £5 Except Those Items With A Higher or Lower Price Tag"?
It is just a name for a retail outlet, this particular company have now decided to sell items which no longer fit the precise description of its name.
If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales1 -

Whilst they haven't had to change their name, Poundland as name doesn't necessarily state everything is £1 where "Everything5Pounds" says, well everything is 5 pounds.
