Long Delay in getting Refund from Wowcher

Lond delay ingetting full refund for some wine ordered on 21 October which the supplier failed to deliver. I emailed the supplier Jaoyeh on 2 November and at first they were unable to check their system. They requested confirmation of redemption three times. I was then asked for the original order which I sent to them twice. They reserve the right to take three working days to reply. On 26 November they emailed to say they couldn't trace the order. Wowcher has offered a refund which I believed to be partial only, but some discount had been applied. No one available to talk to, only the WhatsApp messaging or email to the supplier. So much time and energy wasted and still no goods. 4 December, over seven weeks and still no money in my account. Disappointing service.
