Missing CCJ

Hi I am looking for advice. I was told by a solicitor working on behalf of Erudio student loans that they took out a CCJ against me. I had forgotten to update my address for various reasons I don't want to go into. Anyway I've been checking my credit files following the advice section on here but none of them mention any CCJ. I recently applied to join a car club but they said their checks showed a CCJ and I would have to pay a deposit to join. Does anyone know why it wouldn't show on the reports (it's from last year) or anything I can do? I have requested that my loan be reinstated due to extenuating circumstances and have gone down the Ombudsman route, just today. Why would it not show and is there any reason a company can see it but I can't?

It depends how you view your files, a statutory credit report is best.
It should be recorded in the public information section, but may not be shared with all CRA.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Hi thank you yes I've checked all three. I followed the instructions on the advice pages, joining MSE credit club, Equifax (free account) and Credit Karma0

Hi, just wondering if you found the CCJ? I am in the same boat - I've been told I have 2 but can't find them anywhere. ClearScore and The Registry Trust both assure me that I don't have any CCJs.0
