Milk Portions

Tesco has a net of five milk Lactofree portions for 75p but according to Trolley, no other supermarket sells milk portions of any kind. Checked Costco and they don't either. Found a company in Scotland which sells Irish whole milk portions from Lakeland Dairies, 120 x 12ml for 2.89 but delivery is 4.99. Amazon has a few choices but most are £7+ for fewer milk portions.
Anyone seen any please ?
My insulated jug just isn't keeping milk cold enough and it's getting slightly sour. It's a shame because my airpot works brilliantly with steam coming off the water even twelve hours after filling it.

Amazon seems to have lots of options (all on free delivery if you have prime) - to compare, the net option you're buying works out at 15p a pot.
This one is 6.1p per portion (stick) if you buy 120, or 4p a portion if you buy 240

Or if you want a pot rather than a stick sachet) this one works out at 7p a portion

You do need to buy in bulk though, and look at the portion cost, rather than the shelf ticket cost.

If you want whole milk, there's less choice - but this one works out at 12.5p per pot

Nisbets have them at £6.99 for 240 (just under 3p each), but high delivery charges unless you're spending £30 for free delivery.

A quick Google shows them at B&M, if there one of them near you - 5p each, and who knows if they'll even be in stock. https://www.bmstores.co.uk/products/champion-uht-2-milk-1-x-10pk-285235
Would powdered milk do? I keep a tub for cooking, there's a few whole milk options on amazon that are better than the skimmed supermarket offerings. I'm assuming this is for somewhere inside without a fridge? In this weather, you could just leave the milk jug outside, and it'll be fresh for days!1 -
Thank you all. Husband is working from home today, and there's a B&M locally, so he could go up there at lunch time. Crossing everything that they have them !0

Another source is Makro the wholesaler if you have a card, probably other wholesalers as well. Big boxes of uht milk pots but with not particularly long dates to use up just for one person we found, not to mention fairly expensive. I imagine aimed at hotel keepers.

In my pre-MSE days our family business had a small office we used part-time where it wasn't worth buying pints of fresh milk but we did have a kettle etc - when ordering milk portions online I found that short expiry dates were often an issue.Official MSE Forum Team member. Please report all problem posts to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com1

No Champion milk portions to be had at B&M. Husband came back with Carnation evaporated milk and Bird's custard powder for banana custard at Christmas. Haven't had it in years.
Also bought me a grey ribbed stag's head print sherpa throw for £15, which I think is a bit expensive. He got a royal blue bigger than double size microfibre throw for 7.99 from Lidl a few weeks ago. It's a beautiful rich colour and very soft.
Del Monte pineapple chunks 227g reduced from 1.09 to 79p. Heinz Classic Cream of Tomato Cup Soup (4) 1.090 -
As soon as I saw the thread title I was going to recommend B&M (I can see someone else has already). It's the only shop by me that I know sells those small portions of milk. Luckily they've always been in stock in my local store. The benefit of being in packs of ten is of course not struggling to use them all up before the use by date unlike bigger boxes of them bought online. Might be worth popping into your local B&M again sometime in case they just happened to have run out on this occasion. I've bought them fairly recently so they can't have delisted them altogether.0

Husband suggested calling into a B&M near the motorway, further up and they had some so he grabbed four packs to try 😁1

Have you tried larger cartons of UHT milk and transferring from the fridge to the insulated bottle as and when is needed?0
