How to close Moneybox savings account?

I can find how to close my Moneybox account as all searches for answers to this seem to point to that but that's not what I want to do. I want to close a solitary savings account. 

I have one to satisfy direct debit requirements of other accounts. I now don't need this. 

I've opened an ISA with them which I wish to keep. I just want to close the other savings account down. I've reduced the balance to £0.

How to get rid so that it's not listed?

I had like three notice savings accounts and asked live chat to close them for me. They just froze them and told me that they're essentially closed, and to remove them from the homepage.
