The prize:

The winner and guest will stay for two nights, B&B, in a deluxe junior suite at the five-star Hotel Bayerischer Hof in Munich. Owned by the Volkhardt family for more than a century, this landmark Promenadeplatz property has hosted Muhammad Ali, Bruce Springsteen and Queen Elizabeth II.

As well as a cinema and a theatre, the Bayerischer Hof is home to a roof garden, a swimming pool and a spa, as well as the north and south wing, which was designed by Axel Vervoordt. There are also five restaurants – including the Palais Keller (built in 1443) and the two-Michelin-star Atelier, with the chef de cuisine Anton Gschwendtner.

The prize includes two economy return flights from the UK to Munich. It must be taken between January 2 and December 1, 2024, subject to availability and excluding Oktoberfest, public holidays and major events at the hotel.
