'Late 'defects again

How is everyone doing for late defects at the moment? It does look like ebay are still removing defects when tracking details were uploaded at point of sale, although they are getting a bit slower, I have 4 from last week all marked late due to tracking but posted a day early. Hoping they get removed shortly like they usually do.

I've noticed the delivery estimates are crazy again. I sold something Wednesday with a 2 day despatch using 2nd class postage and buyer was shown delivery estimate from the Friday- the actual day it was meant to be posted, which is ridiculous.

I've got parcels still not showing as delivered and sent over a week ago - I'm sure some have arrived but haven't checked the RM site and am just going by the ebay tracking.

As post seems to be slowing down in some areas I've moved all my despatch times to 3 days- but intend to still send same or next day, just to keep on top of buyer expectation.
