EDF - New SVT rates from 1st January 2024
I don't think the price cap tables (by region, rates type and payment method) have been published yet, but I have today seen the new SVT rates for Economy 7 customers in the Eastern region.
As you can see they are doubling the night rate.
Edit: The single rate equivalent is 28.1p per kWh based on 42% off-peak, 58% peak.
If you want to see yours, login to the dashboard and select Tariff Details from the left hand menu. The offers for fixes Jan 25 and Jan 27 are slightly lower ... https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6480337/edf-essentials-new-fixes-today-23-nov-23-31-jan-25-and-31-jan-27.

Good well it lasted. Now the Eastern E7 crew will be joining the rest of us on £10 a day during cold spell heating.1

Not been on here for a few weeks but see there is a lot of threads on this topic.
Thankfully I knew that 'all good things come to an end eventually' and signed up for EDFs 3 year fix in September with the low night rate, and persuaded my parents to do the same.
In our case it was potentially going to be a moot point as we were on the way to a house move in early 2024, but as the chain fell apart a few days ago we'll benefit from this for somewhat longer (being 75-80% off-peak users).
I hope a few others on this forum had the same wisdom.
