Chase Cashback for January 2024

I have paid in over £500 today but the is no notification that I have qualified for January cashback as yet.
It does however say the following.
You've qualified for Invalid Date. Great stuff.
I guess that I should give it a while to see if it updates.
Has anyone else had any notifications on cashback qualification for January or for invalid date

Got the rest of the month for it to sort itself out, sometimes can be a bit glitchy on the first day of a month.0

I transferred £500 from my Chase savings account > external account > Chase personal account, and received a push notification almost instantly that I qualified for cashback from Jan 1-31 2024.0

I would not be chasing them, pure and simple.
Wait unit January, see no cashback is arriving.
Then complain.
They sort it, give you £25 compensation.
Win, win.0 -
I did my transfer in (and straight back out again) first thing yesterday morning and had a push notification that I qualified for cashback in January.
Edit: however in the app it does say "You have qualified for Invalid Date. Great stuff"
I'm sure they'll sort out a minor glitch soon.0 -
No notification as yet despite a SO sweeping in £500 from my other CA yesterday. It’s still telling me I’ve qualified for December, so this is manifesting itself slightly differently for different people. I don’t want to be cycling money through as that’s not normal behaviour for me so might raise flags and am now raising with Chase. The more people who complain about glitches the higher priority they give to resolving things.0

Getting the same invalid date message an no mention of anything I’ve paid in since the 1st0 -
My app updated today, the activated cashback reward now says I have qualified for January. Whether that is because of the update, I have no idea.3
