Zopa app crashes when giving notice on pots

Hi for about a week now the Zopa app crashes every time I try to give notice on accessing a smart saver pot. Their chat support is useless.

Hi, I've also had issues with their current app. I looked for an apk file in order to downgrade the app and the app no longer for closes. To note I have Android 14 and this could be the issue.0

@timswf2, the number for their specialist team is 0207 580 6060 if it helps (hopefully it hasn’t changed). I used it last year when I had a problem and they sorted it for me quite quickly.1

If their app doesn't work properly with the latest version of Android then that's obviously a really serious problem for an app-only bank so hopefully they're onto it. It would definitely be worth reporting though, just in case it is specific to your phone/OS combination.
I'm still on Android 13 and haven't had any issues, although I've got a 3 year fixed ISA pot and only £1 in their Smart Saver, so I'm obviously not needing to interact with the app at the moment.0
