Plum - Adding a new linked account & deleting the old one

Evening,

Just set this up yesterday, purely as one of 2 direct debits for bank switching...

I originally linked my dormant Kroo account which was accepted but I have since discovered Kroo are not part of the bank switching programme...

On the Plum app, can someone please tell me exactly how to add a new linked account & delete the Kroo one. There is a + next to Accounts but when I click on it it just shows my linked Kroo account without any option to add a new linked account...

It's doing my head in!

In 'Accounts' it shows my 'Main' Barclays account - with an option to 'Add an account'.
If I tap Barclays there is an option to 'Change bank'.

Thanks, but it seems as they accepted my original Kroo account, they've now told me as Kroo don't do open banking I can't use the account. They don't have the facility to remove non open banking accounts & therefore can't add an open banking account. Absolutely bizarre in 2023 so I've just told them to close it as it's unusable anyway.

I've signed up to Moneybox no problem, but need another account like Moneybox or Plum when I can put a small deposit by Direct Debit.

Do you know of any or a workaround?

Are you saying that 'change bank' doesn't work?

Yes, original linked account was Kroo which was accepted by Plum but Kroo don't offer open banking so not compatible but Plum can't manually remove it & I can't add a compatible open bank... Absolute farce!

Can you change account to feed DD after current account switch to Nationwide but not add open banking, it seems an imposition that I do not need but they seem to want to add.
