We avoid links usually, and encourage all new posters to hop around the forum (just by us signposting you where to look) because that's how the forum works best for you.

Sadly we don't have time to repeat things too often and usually point people to read a thread where the same issue is already answered.  Bear in mind we do all this in our own time. We are ordinary people with jobs, families and real life stuff to fit in too.  We are not lawyers, nor forum Moderators.

We save our main time for helping people with court defences. The stage where the most advice is needed.  If we didn't do that, this forum would have fallen over years ago when the court claim tsunami began in earnest.

Thanks coupon-mad. Sorry just getting frustrated with the whole situation and on this site I’m jumping from one page to another then trying to remember what I saw and where I saw it and getting lost. I totally understand everyone on here is for the right reasons and have lives outside of this 👍 Thanks

This part here does this suggest I can send the ticket purchased when parked and proof it was paid via bank card to their online form with a copy of the template complaint? 

the driver's receipts/bank transactions (or Hospital Appointment/Hotel booking, etc.) that day as 'they' were a genuine customer/patient, etc.

Actually that’s more about proof you were in a shop, hotel or hospital or somewhere isn’t it? 😫
