PRIZE

• The prize includes a three-day, two-night Santa’s Magic trip for two adults and two children aged 2-12 years to Lapland (Saariselkä) in Finland in December 2024 (children under two years of age are not recommended to travel).
• The prize includes half-board accommodation at Santa’s Hotel Holiday Club, with transfers and return economy flights from one of our regional airports in the UK (subject to availability), which includes Gatwick, Luton, Stanstead, Bournemouth, Bristol, Cardiff, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds Bradford, Liverpool, Newcastle, Glasgow, Edinburgh, or East Midlands.
• The trip will include a Search for Santa Day, including a private family meeting with Santa and snow fun activities. Any optional Lapland adventure activities come at an extra cost.
• The trip must be taken between 27th November 2024 and 24th December 2024 inclusive, on your preferred dates, subject to availability.
• The trip prize can be redeemed on one booking only. It cannot be split across separate bookings.
• The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is non-transferable and is subject to availability.
• Optional extra activities or extra people can be added onto the booking at your own cost and subject to availability.
• Events may occur that render the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Santa’s Lapland.
• Santa’s Lapland reserves the right to change the prize or rearrange the date at any time and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to Santa’s Lapland as a result thereof.

• If a winner does not claim their prize within 28 days, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected.
• By entering the prize draw each entrant accepts that the winner’s first name and city of residence may be used for promotional purposes by Santas Lapland or Bauer Media Group.

 

Winners will be notified by email or phone call as soon as practicable after the prize draw, using the contact details provided with the competition entry. You must be able to take the Prize on the dates above as stated, or on those dates otherwise offered by the Prize Provider, which may be subject to change and are always subject to availability. If you are unable to accept the Prize of the dates offered, we reserve the right to withdraw it and award the Prize to another entrant.

 

You will be responsible for ensuring that you (and any of your guests) have a valid, in-date passport for travelling and are also responsible for securing and paying for all visas required for travel. You will also be responsible for sourcing and paying for any vaccinations or other medical provisions required for travel, for both you and your guests.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you (and any of your guests) are fit, well and able to travel. We reserve the right to withdraw the prize from a prize winner and re-award the prize to another entrant where health reasons or concerns prevent a prize winner (or any of their guests) from taking up the Prize.

 
Any costs of travel to and from the airport in the UK, travel insurance, parking, food, and drink outside of the hotel meal plan, spending money, and any other incidental travel expenses are not included in the prize. Any additions or upgrades to flights, accommodation or otherwise are not included in the Prize and will be the sole responsibility of a prize winner, or any of their guests, to secure and pay for.
