3. All correctly completed entries will be entered into a prize draw which will take place on 8th January 2024. The first entry drawn at random by an independent person will be the winner.
4. The prize for the winner is a copy of How to Make Anything in an Air Fryer by Hayley Dean and Salter Dual Sector Air Fryer – 9L Capacity, 5.5L & 3.5L Drawer, 2500W. The prize value is £151.99.
5. Other than those specified above, the promoter shall not be liable for any costs or expenses arising out of or in any way connected with this prize and does not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or disappointment suffered by the winner as result of accepting this prize.
6. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
7. The winner will be notified via email by 15th January 2024. The winner must claim their prize within 30 working days of the Promoter sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.
