Charged twice for ticket in airport

in Credit cards
Hi, I have recently had the misfortune to miss a flight due to delays. Having to then buy another ticket in airport sales kiosk (Antalya airport). I was in a bit of a state because of missing flight and first time this has happened to me (I'm nearly 70) I was quoted the price in Euros 468 which I agreed to. Handed over my credit card which was not declined, then ask to try my debit card which was declined. then told maybe it was a connection issue with their machine. Suggested they tried taking half on one and half on another which both went through although in the machine it showed in Turkish Lira which I had no idea about (my stupidity. On my return home £681.008 had been deducted from my debit card and £709.80 from my credit card. My bank have taken up a dispute for that charge. But my credit will not as I had entered my pin so agreed to the payment. I have email from airline to say that the cost of the flight they received was 233.83 EUR. I have been back and forward to Serser Turizm but getting no where..
Any advice how to deal with this please?

I would first try a Chargeback with the CC company, as you never received the goods/service you paid for.
The Chargeback should be the difference between the ticket price confirmed by the airline and the amount on your CC.
Hopefully the airline won't oppose the Chargeback.

Also given a dispute on debit card, that would mean if neither was contested OP would have had a free flight.
Also as you are saying non receipt, not sure where you get the difference between ticket price confirmed & amount take.
As any chargeback if possible, would be for the debit price for non receipt.Life in the slow lane0 -

Sadly can't paste links to internal systems.
As this was also at a airport purchase, if OP did not take flight it would be deemed as OP fault for not taking. (fault might not be right word, but get what I mean)
Op said paid on both debit & credit card. Disputed on debit card already (although no mention of what basis). So if gets that back, & credit card = Free flight.
I'm going on 1st line @12:35 you posted to try non receipt (although OP did get flight), you then mention partial chargeback. You can not do both, as partial is admitting you got the flight.
Non receipt, aside from Pin used, airline will say they have proof they took the flight.
Yes I know they paid twice.👌
Best option would be paid by other means & provide proof of purchase on debit card 👍But I would not do that until outcome of debit action is known, or airline could reject both.
Not sure who Serser Turizm are? Spelling?Life in the slow lane1 -
Thanks everyone. I spoke again to bank about debit card transaction and I need to wait to see the outcome of that until the end of January 24 before then going forward with any further action about credit card payment.
Serser Turizm is the name on both transactions, the name of the kiosk sales in Antalya airport. This has now been picked up by Cityfly.com
This is all so confusing 😕0
