Selling Sweatcoins

Hi, I have over 21k of sweatcoins which I have accumulated over the last 7 or so years. I'm not keen on the rewards they offer and some of them you can get without having sweatcoins (discounts etc).
I am after selling them but I haven't a clue where to start. Any advice would be good. I live in the UK and don't have the first clue when it comes to crypto currency, so need it explained nice and clearly!! Any help would be appreciated

I didn't think Sweatcoins were a currency, but tokens to collect to spend on their offers. Correct me if I'm wrong as I have 11k myself, accumulated without the premium membership1

Sweatcoins or sweat economy tokens?
The former aren't crypto & effectively worthless, the latter you'd have to sell them on an exchange, although you won't have access to the lot yet as they're drip feeding them over a 2 year time frame that we're just over a year into.1 -
I've collected these too and have converted some to sweat wallet although that doesn't seem to be working atm.
At one time you could donate them to charity.... I think they're fairly worthless.
Let us know how you get on though, please
