Is it on your computer or on the internet?

If it is on the internet, right-click and then select properties so you can find out the images location and tell us.

Or if it is on your computer, upload it to:
http://www.tinypic.com/
then it'll give you location for it

Have you got an image already that you want to use? I'm not sure why you're talking about email box - is it an image that someone is sending to you by email? Don't give up! There's plenty of people to help! Just say exactly what you've done re pic so far. :beer:
