Parking ticket from Private Parking Solutions Ltd

Hi all,
Looking for some advice on a PCN I received for parking on double yellow lines in a private car park. Having used this car park before, I didn't realise there were parking restrictions in place and I never saw the signage.
I am trying to dispute this ticket because the person that took photos of my car did not a wear a uniform and I have evidence of this from my Tesla cameras. BPA code 9.1 says "Your front-life operational staff wear a uniform. I sent this to PPS who refused my claim, saying that I still parked on double yellow lines and did not reply to my comment about non-uniform.
Do you think I have a successful chance in raising a POPLA appeal, because the parking operator breach a BPA code of conduct?
Any advice would be appreciated.

Do you mean Private Parking Solutions (London) Ltd? If so, is the PCN like the one in the NTK pictures thread?
I won't link the thread; it's in today's replies.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

And the wording is exactly the same as the POFA worded NTK in the picture? You need to read the NEWBIES thread - 3rd post - to find POPLA appeal suggestions.
In addition, you should read the BPA CoP about changes of restrictions and gather evidence to support a point that there is a breach of that mandatory clause, too.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
