I have a bill from Octopus dated 28 May 22 - 16 Jun 22 addressed to 'the occupier' stating that it is the final bill and there is no outstanding balance.

I then have bills from 17 Jun 22 in my name.

OK, so I think you can safely ignore all the debt collector threatograms.

If you ever get a Letter Before Action, that's when to take it seriously - but they can't issue one of those in the name of "the occupier", they need to address it to someone in particular.
