Dixons sale starts 4pm today + freebie offer

Hi, phoned 0871 2210502 as it says above and got the response that dixons are being reluctant in handing out cards for purchases on the 24th dec, even though it clearly states as someone has kindly posted above that purchases between 4pm-11pm are included. Anyway the guy said that he would pass my details on to dixons for them to approve my order and send out a card. more progress than with emailing them anyway. hope that helps

Hi, I have tried and tried but no luck. I have emailed dixons four times and rang then three times. During all my phone calls they said someone would get back to me within 24hours but this never happenned. I was told that i was not eligible (i ordered on 24th at 4:30) but then when i raed them back their terms they said.... i am right!!! CLUELESS

Anyway i have put a letter in writing to them but i doubt this will get a reply!!!

Hi, I bought a pack of batteries on the 24th & had not received my 241 card. I emailed dixons who told me to contact marketing company direct. I found an email address on their website ( [EMAIL="gemma.lovelock@tlcmarketing.com"]gemma.lovelock@tlcmarketing.com[/EMAIL] ) & although i didn't get a reply I received my Vue card yesterday- 3 days after my email. Don't know whether this was a coincident but really pleased. Well worth chasing up :j

i rang dixons after chasing it up with the marketing company and dixons have now forwarded it onto the marketing company who will be processing my 2 for 1 card. at last!!!:beer:
