switching bank accounts

Hello, 

I recently opened up a first direct bank account paid 1k into the account am I entitled to the 175.00 without switching over my direct debits from another bank account or do I have to do this to get the 175.00?

have you met the criteria:

• Be a UK resident.
• Use the Current Account Switch Service to switch an account held elsewhere to the 1st Account (joint or solo)
• Deposit at least £1,000 into your account within the first three months.
• Be a new First Direct customer, who hasn't held a First Direct product before.

You will need to switch another account to FD to get the £175.

- Pay in £1,000+ within three months.
