Netflix in Sky - ads/no ads? Downloads possible?

Looking to change from our current virgin package which is £52/mth, plus we pay for Netflix on top, to Sky £38/mth stream, fibre and Netflix.

does the Sky Netflix basic need upgrading? On the basic I know you can only watch on one device at a time, but can you have multiple devices setup to watch on? 

Is it the ads version?

and can you download to watch later while travelling on it?

I have Sky Stream with basic Netflix.
I am signed into Netflix on our 2 pucks and their app. No ads on Netflix.
As you said you can only watch Netflix on one puck at a time unless you upgrade.
Don't know about downloading content as I haven't tried or looked into that.

Thank you. I’m assuming you Can also watch it on mobile or tablet with the Netflix app as normal. Ie. You don’t have to have more than one puck in your household.

I can confirm. Netflix plays fine on my iPhone, as does downloading too 
Restriction is obviously on one device at a time without upgrading sub.
