Need help please!
Have three computers - two laptops and a destktop.
One of the laptops is driving me nuts!
All are on Broadband for the net.
It takes me forever to open Internet Explorer on that one laptop, although the broadband is connected with a very strong signal and is working fine.
It keeps bringing up the message 'page not responding'
The other two computers are working just fine on the same network.
I have cleaned it, the anti-virus software is up-to-date, so nothing wrong there.
Does anybody have any idea what I can do to correct this problem, please, before I have no hair left????
Thanks in advance!

That's another problem!
If I click on a link directly, like on those in your post, it seizes the computer up and I have to close the page!
Will have a go and get back to you - thanks!
Have not tried a wired connection - I always use the laptop on wireless0 -
Thank you so much!
Nobody has touched the laptop - only myself!
Will give this a go and report back.
Very kind of you
