Wealthify ISA account number for transferring

Anybody know where you find this out? I can't find it in the app for the life of me. I tried transferring this ISA with the only number I can see which is in the format "Reference ISA-123456 " but apparently that's not it, as the transfer failed.

I transferred my Wealthify S&S ISA to Santander using a similar reference number, i.e. ISA-456789 and it went through no problem.
There is a separate Customer Reference Number* shown on my Quarterly Account Statements, produced by Wealthify, in the format BNT-123456. Could you try that?
* Wealthify also use the same number but refer to it as a Client Reference on the Cost and Charges Statements.

The ISA-XXXXXX number also worked for me. I did receive a letter saying it had failed, but it went through anyway.0
