Wealthify ISA account number for transferring

Anybody know where you find this out?  I can't find it in the app for the life of me.  I tried transferring this ISA with the only number I can see which is in the format "Reference ISA-123456 " but apparently that's not it, as the transfer failed.

I transferred my Wealthify S&S ISA to Santander using a similar reference number, i.e. ISA-456789 and it went through no problem.

There is a separate Customer Reference Number* shown on my Quarterly Account Statements, produced by Wealthify, in the format BNT-123456. Could you try that?
* Wealthify also use the same number but refer to it as a Client Reference on the Cost and Charges Statements.

Yes, I'll have to try with the customer reference number instead.  It's very strange that it worked for you and not me.

The ISA-XXXXXX number also worked for me. I did receive a letter saying it had failed, but it went through anyway.
