OVO sell themselves on great customer service, but they do appear to get lots of negative feedback and OFGEM don't appear to do much.
I guess we get what we deserve.

Hi all, just to close this off. Went through ombudsman, was so easy to do. A few weeks later got goodwill gesture from OVO plus bills recalculated using my meter readings. Letter of apology of sorts and confirmation that debt collection was cancelled. Refunded £1500. Result.6
