JBL Black Friday "Mistake"

I bought a soundbar from the JBL website on Black Friday - a great deal £799 down to £60.99.
The order was confirmed, and the money was taken.
However, JBL have cancelled the order citing that the price was a "genuine and honest mistake on their part that you should’ve noticed"
Considering that it was Black Friday where retailers make a small number of headline grabbing discounts and the fact that other itens were heavily discounted, >60%, such a discount whilst large, is not unheard of.
Do I have a legal ground to take this any further?

is all depends on the law of contract. most retailers say that a contract is only formed when the item is shipped - it is in the terms of conditions of the website
that being so you have no contract with them as they did not ship the soundbar and therefore you have no right to claim the soundbar at that price
you might be lucky if that term is not in their T and C in which case you have a contract once an offer and acceptance has been agreed and you would be entitled to the soundbar at that price0 -
While retailers may indeed give big discounts. Selling stock at below cost price is very obviously a genuine mistake. That is always quickly rectified.1

According to their T&C's the contract is formed at the point of the order confirmation, which I recieved. That bit is not in dispute.
4.1 Any statement by Harman on the Website regarding the availability of Products constitutes an invitation to make an offer and not a binding offer by Harman. An agreement is concluded by Harman’s confirmation of the Customer’s order. Confirmation may be made electronically (e.g. through the Website, by email or text message, or by similar technologies) or, if agreed, in writing. For the avoidance of doubt, Harman’s confirmation of receipt of Customer’s order does not constitute Harman’s acceptance of the order.

The website also says ... just below.
4.2 Harman reserves the right to refuse orders placed by Customers at any time. If Harman avails itself of the right to refuse an order, Harman will notify the Customer of this as soon as possible following receipt of the Customer’s order.
It looks like a genuine mistake and as per their website T&C's they have let you know. Sorry
Happiness, Health and Wealth in that order please!:A1 -
I'm no expert in the soundbar market, but does that actually seem plausible in this case? What is the cheapest price that the same product is available for elsewhere?DocDJD said:I bought a soundbar from the JBL website on Black Friday - a great deal £799 down to £60.99.

well I read this as although as per 4.2 they reserve the right to refuse orders, once they have accepted an order as per 4.1 then a contract is formed
has mentioned above enforcing it as a whole other matter but you could go to the small claims procedure and send an lba before you do this0 -
Thats how I read it. The order is accepted and contract is formed.km1500 said:well I read this as although as per 4.2 they reserve the right to refuse orders, once they have accepted an order as per 4.1 then a contract is formed
