Hi , I have a very odd problem. My Title is a transfer out of a bigger plot. PLAN1
but it is clearly shown still within the retained land on PLAN 2.This is also clearly defined in the deeds!! How can this be?
What are the implications?

Sounds like an error when the TP1 was submitted to the LR.Get it corrected.

Depends what you mean by "shown". It is normal for the parent title to show the parts which have been removed from it (but as exceptions, not as being included).
Can we see what you're looking at? Where are you getting these plans from?1 -

......and it looks like there is a Right of way in blue between parts 1 and 2 .....very odd?0

What does the text in the parent title say about the plan? I suspect it says that the area outlined in blue has been removed.1
