Terms and conditions for SKY X FERRARI – MOVIE PREMIERE – T&CS” (the “Competition”).

These terms and conditions (the “Specific Terms”) for the Competition should be read alongside our general competition terms and conditions at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html (the “General Terms”) which will also apply to this Competition. Where there is any conflict between these Specific Terms and the General Terms, the Specific Terms shall prevail. 

 

 

1.ENTRY ROUTES AND COSTS	Entries are restricted to one entry per person. Entry to the Online Competition is available via the following routes:   https://planetradio.co.uk/kiss/ https://planetradio.co.uk/hits-radio/ https://planetradio.co.uk/heat/     Online entry is free of charge.   This is a shared prize across Kiss FM, Hits Radio Network, and Heat Radio.
2.COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN	Win tickets to the premiere of ‘Ferrari’   There will be one (1) winner of the Competition.   To enter, you will need to answer a multiple-choice question featured on the competition page.   You will then need to add your personal details and confirm that you are available to attend this event on Monday 4th December at the Odeon Luxe, Leicester Square, London and arrive at 6pm.   The winners will be chosen by electronic random draw from all valid entries that correctly answer the question featured on the competition page.
3. ENTRY PERIOD	Entries must be submitted during the following entry period:   From Monday 27th November 2023 at 18.00 (the “Start Time”) to Thursday 30thNovember 2023 at 12.00 (“End Time”).   Entries received before the Start Time or after the End Time will be invalid.    If the winner cannot be contacted on the initial attempt to contact them via telephone, then we will re-draw until we draw a winner that we are satisfied (in our sole discretion) fulfils all of the eligibility criteria and is in compliance with these Terms.
4. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS	Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over on date of entry.  Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the Competition, including any Prize Provider, are not permitted to enter. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant or winner who does not comply with any of the eligibility criteria and/or is in breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to repeat the competition mechanic or any stage of it to draw a winner that fulfils all of the eligibility criteria and is in compliance with these Specific Terms. If you or any other person at your household has won a prize valued at £500 or more on any Bauer brand in the past 6 months, you nor they are not eligible to enter or win this competition.
