AMAZON FAIL TO deliver!!!!

Anyne else had problems with AMAZON? After ordering my item, which was instock on the 10th DEC I called them on the 18th to ask why my item wasn't posted yet. They then said it was going to be posted but didn't post it till 21st, which is after royal mails recommended last post for 1st class. All they can say to me on the phone is "i'm sorry".... Well I'm sorry isn't enough! I wish i could sware on this thread......

Complain again. I ordered items at the end of November, which were in stock and dispatched, but they never appeared. They !!!!!!!!ted me with various conflicting policies, firstly to wait until the 22nd, secondly to wait so many business days. It had been a few weeks and still no items, so I just continuied a barrage of complaints, stating that the items hadn't turned up and they had my money, therefore please resolve.

Eventually I got my money back and ordered elsewhere.

Same thing happened to me, and to my friend. He emailed amazon and said that they should change it to Express delivery to make it arrive on time, they emailed him the link to do it and told him to do it himself and to pay for it!

this is not a grabbit. however it took 2 weeks for a parcel to come, i reported it missing and got a replacement and a refund so i got a free be in the end

My items, (ordered on 10th, despatched 17th) havent arrived. I feel really let down, it was a main present. In the grand scheme of things its not a major problem, we've had a year of illness, so I'd rather have my loved ones around. But still, I ordered in pleanty of time.
I hope everyone is still able to enjoy the holiday, and we'll just have to give belated gifts, this is easier for me as mines was for an adult. I dont know how people are going to explain late gifts to young children???

I ordered mine on the 12th and they arrived on the 21st mind you it was the free supersaver delivery

well i ordered sat and it was delivered today, this was to replace the items John lewis\ Home delivery network can not find.

Ordered a pink DS lite on Tues evening, paid the quid or so for First Class delivery, got it early Thursday morning, so can't complain really. I just hope the people they let down were able to source their gifts from elsewhere in time.
