Having used the site before and getting invaluable help, im now in a position to ask again please. I have made a claim to my council showing all evidence etc but they refused it, i now feel i have no choice but to take them to a small claims court. I have absolutely no idea how to draft a letter before action let alone everything ill need for court, but if someone could help draft a letter template or anything i would be eternally grateful

Thankyou so much0

What are you trying to claim against the council for? I cannot think of anything my local council provides that would fall under consumer rights and lots of things related to councils are not as simple as a standard claim as they are covered by different rules.1

Yes, we need to know what you are claiming for. For some things you can't take a council to small claims.0
