Tesco’s complaints

If you need to complain to Tesco’s customer support about faulty products don’t bother with emails as it is not monitored. Don’t bother with ringing either just send them a msg on WhatsApp, you may get a bot at first then connected to a real person. They will ask you a few details eg product bar code, etc. I sent a picture of packaging and received a voucher by email within 8 hours. PS I have used this method before with the same result.

    Yes, I use this whenever I need to contact them.  It's the best way by far , and you always have a record of what was said by both parties.
