Mc delivery

Not sure of I am the only one ,but I ordered food from mc delivery and the driver didn't even come to my address. I tried to call but he cut me off everytime. I called uber and they said they can't do anything about iit.i messaged the driver to let him know I was outside waiting but had no response. McDonald's just say to call uber. I just go round in circles. Can anyone advise what to do?
