Timex refund

I bought a Timex watch online in March, but it broke within 3 months. I contacted Timex who sent a prepaid label for me to return it so they could decide if it was faulty. Over a month later, they admitted it was faulty and asked me to choose a replacement watch. All similar watches have been out of stock constantly. I have been in contact several times and finally they offered a refund. I waited 2 weeks and heard nothing, so contacted them again asking for the refund dept details. They said they don’t have that information(!) and refunds can take 7-10 days. We are over 2 weeks later and they are not answering my emails. What can I do? I can’t find any phone number that anyone actually answers and they have my watch and my money. Any help appreciated.
