Plum Savings App - can’t go back if deleted?

Hi there I was using plum savings app and liked the round up
feature and also if it’s a rainy day you can choose to have it put a bit away etc whenever it rains.
Stupidly deleted the app - and now won’t let me log back in - it said when deleted you have a 24 hour grace period to log back in …. Wouldn’t work - so got onto customer service and they said they cannot re-instate old accounts and cannot advise when this feature will be available. Then spoke to someone else and advised of the 24hour thing and he has unlinked my bank and said to try again - and give it 48hours - if it still doesn’t work then - then there’s nothing they can do. They are ‘working on this ‘ but can give no time frame as to when old users will be able to re-sign up…
I do get with personal details and banking etc they have certain rules etc - but I can’t believe that if you use the app and delete it and your account that you can never use it again?? Has anyone used it previously and returned to it ?

Or are there any similar apps ?

This sounds a little far-fetched if all you did was uninstall the app from your device. Someone might delete it simply to move to a different device, then have setup issues that prevent them from logging back in within 24 hours.I could understand if you had requested that your account was closed before removing the app from your device. There are a few providers that cannot deal with customers returning after they've closed down their account. Usually related to using a mobile phone number as the primary identifier for an individual's account.0
