Bluetooth adaptor thingy for wireless headphones?

I want to buy a pair of over-ear wireless headphones for listening to my Roberts Stream 93i radio, which does not have Bluetooth. Is there any sort of adaptor thingy available which I could plug into the headphones socket on the Roberts so I could get some Bluetooth headphones? The alternative seems to be spending well over £100 on Sennheiser ones which have a supplied transmitter which doesn't seem to use Bluetooth.

Pretty much, yes.I used a little cheap transmitter with a non-bluetooth Roberts dab sports radio, connected to a pair of bluetooth headphones. Everything connected together fine.If you’re planning on listening to digital radio, bluetooth can interfere with the dab signal. I’ve since gone back to wired headphones with my sports radio because maintaining a stable signal became too frustrating. However, using a transmitter with a 93i means you can place it somewhere out of the way of the dab signal and it shouldn’t be a problem. If it’s for internet radio, then it’s not an issue.1

There's loads of transmitters on the market , however they need power to work so if the radio is not portable shouldn't be a problem
Word of caution though there's some awful sound quality transmitters out there so do your research,1 -
The ones I've had are rechargeable and last a few hours between charges. And yes, you'll be able to output to any Bluetooth device - headphones/speakers etc0
