PIP Review form

I've just received a PIP review form about 16 months into my 24 month award. Can they cut my award short before the 24 months if they decide that I no longer need it?

Any new decision replaces existing one so in theory yes. They usually add on a year to awards to consider as a period when they look to review claims before they run out. The system though has significant delays... and I suspect it entirely possible they will end up having to extend your award (as they just have mine) by (up to) a year as they delay in re-assessments.northernlass29876 said:I've just received a PIP review form about 16 months into my 24 month award. I would just focus on getting your form well filled in and returned in time (ask for a couple week extension if needed)... provide good information (again) and any supporting (new) evidence."Do not attribute to conspiracy what can adequately be explained by incompetence" - rogerblack6 -
