I have my main pc, and a wireless connection to a second pc upstairs, i now have a third pc which i need a wireless connection for, how do i enable this?
Ex partner set up wireless connection for 2nd pc and i do not know the password.
Any advice appreciated as i have booked a IT consultant to come on the 27th who will be charging upwards of £50 per hour.

And then the OP will most likely not be able to cancel the IT consultant !
Get the password off the second PC so that it can be entered into the third or post details about the make/model of your wireless equipment. Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0 -
And at £50 an hour, youre better off nipping into PC World now and picking up a Netgear Wireless Router for £39.99 and spending the all of 15 minutes it takes to read the instructions and set it up yourself.illegitimi non carborundum0

The OP can get all the help needed on here, IF more specific details are provided about the current equipment in use.
I suppose that you reformat and re-install windows at the first sign of any trouble!
