Terms & Conditions

Open to all entries within the TW, KT, GU, SL postcodes except those involved in the administration of the competition, employees, agents, and their employees or family members of Elmsleigh Shopping Centre and its promotional partners.

Only one entry per person will be accepted.

Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.

False and/or deceptive entries shall render entry ineligible.  Elmsleigh Shopping Centre does not hold responsibility for any abusive content posted on the competition page.

The prize is provided and administered by a third party. No travel costs or expenses incurred in using the prize will be covered. The promoter has no responsibility for the onward use of this prize.

All entrants' details may be used in promotional activity/materials and the winners may be required to participate in promotional activity related to this competition. Entry to the competition ends on Thursday 14th December at 23:59 GMT.

The competition is promoted by Elmsleigh Shopping Centre and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

Entry to the competition is deemed as FULL ACCEPTANCE of these Terms & Conditions.

Two winners will be selected at random from all the eligible and correct entries.

The judges' decision is final, and NO CORRESPONDENCE will be entered into.

Elmsleigh Shopping Centre reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equivalent value if the original is no longer available. The prize cannot be exchanged or refunded.

The winners will be picked and contacted within 7 days of the competition closing date. 

The winners will have 7 days to accept the prize.

The notified people are to arrange collection of their prize from Elmsleigh Shopping Centre within a further 14 days unless otherwise stipulated.

The winners will be contacted via email or by phone.

The winners will then be announced via Elmsleigh Shopping Centre social media channels or alternatively for details of the winners’ names, please send an SAE to: Elmsleigh Shopping Centre, Centre Management Office, 62 South St, Staines-upon-Thames, Middlesex TW18 4QF.
