Wowcher trouble

Hi. A plea for some advice please. (I'm not sure if this is the right category of forum but as it was holiday related, I posted here. Admin Please move to correct forum if needed. Thanks)

My wife and I recently bought a Wowcher short break which we paid on credit card.

When the details of the redeemable ‘wowcher’ came through and the travel agents details were provided, their reviewis were the worst I had ever encountered and I decided to canecl the break less than 24 hours after I bought them. Bearing in mind the ‘wowchers’ were not redeemed by and the Wowcher website offered a 14 day no quibble refund, I am now experiencing some issue in actually getting one. Today I received and email from Wowcher advising that they had refunded 50% of the cost into a Wowcher wallet as a credit. 

I want to receive a CASH refund - not a credit to be used in the Wowcher universe. Anyone got any advice on this please or even a number I can call Wowcher on as currently that seems impossible to do?

Did the T and Cs for the purchase of your voucher state clearly that you could get a cash refund? If so, contact your credit card provider. If not, you will just have to accept whatever they offer you.
