HM Courts/ Centralised Payments
Several Years ago ( 5 or 6 ) I was the victim of a Road Rage incident and as a result I was awarded damages for £2000+. I received an initial payment of just over £25 and then nothing further until....towards the end of July this year I received a cheque in the post for £253.08. I was asked to provide my Bank Account details for future payments and duly received a payment of £252.23 a month or so later then just £2.54 the following month an nothing since. What I need to know is the phone Number or email address for HM Courts/payments in order to progress this case to a satisfactory conclusion.

You need to contact the court where there the order for compensation was issued. The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.0
