I have just filed my defence, and I have also responded to the latest Judicial Committee Inquiry (thank you for your link, it took me to the latest post) I rewrote all the points from my perspective, added my defence and filed it. Thanks again for all your help, its much appreciated, I'll update when I hear more.1

Yes I received an auto acknowledgement, I also posted a copy with signed tracking just to be doubly sure.

I actually didn't receive a notice in the post, I totally forgot about the claim until this week when I revisited the same car park where I was given the PCN. As I hadn't heard anything, I logged into my Money Claim online account, and in the claim history section, there is the following update: "Notification that the claim against you was discontinued was received on 21/12/2023 at 19:05:29"
no email or postal notice about it whatsoever.

Just re-reading this thread, I can't find any mention of DCB Legal. The POC detailed on page 1 appear more fulsome than we usually see from DCB Legal. So would @princejambojambo be able to confirm whether DCB Legal were involved, or was the court claim fronted by UKPC themselves please?
Perish the thought that DCB Legal be falsely accused of anything by me! I'm sure they would want to be treated in the same way as they treat motorists! 🤪Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
